This Financial Policy is designed to ensure transparency and clarity regarding fees, payments, and related matters. Please review it carefully prior to scheduling an appointment.
Payment Responsibility
Payment for services is the responsibility of the patient. Fees for services will be reviewed prior to treatment, and payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Additional services provided during an appointment that were not part of the original booking may result in additional charges.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept cash, checks, major credit cards*, and approved electronic payment methods.

*To offset rising processing costs, a 3% surcharge will be applied to all credit card payments. This fee does not apply to debit cards or cash payments. The surcharge amount will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Deposits & Card on File
Certain appointments may require a deposit or a valid card on file to reserve your time. Deposits are applied toward the cost of your visit unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments canceled with less than the required notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a cancellation or no-show fee. This fee will be charged to the card on file.
Insurance
Self-Pay Practice
We are a self-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. Payment is due in full at the time of service.
Refunds & Returns
Fees for services rendered are non-refundable.
Prepaid services, packages, or memberships are subject to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
Retail products may be eligible for return in accordance with our return policy, where applicable.
Outstanding Balances
Any outstanding balances must be resolved prior to scheduling future appointments. We reserve the right to decline services until balances are paid in full.
Fee Changes
Fees are subject to change. Current pricing will always be reviewed prior to treatment.
